PASSPORT CONDITIONS FOR INDONESIAN
- Previous expired passport ( pasport lama )

- Marriage Certificate ( akte nikah )
- Certificate of Criminal Conviction ( SKKB dari POLRES )
- Reference Letter from The Company ( surat referensi )
- LITSUS ( Special for Government Officer )
Another than above conditions, for children who wants to get a passport should be enclosed a TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD FROM THE SUBDISTRICT. We need all the document originally.
